We make them according to individual needs in accordance with the technical drawing provided by the customer. We are able to meet even very difficult and unusual orders. POWDER PAINT SHOP

A modern powder paint shop will ensure that the applied coating will protect the material against weather conditions over the years and will ensure an aesthetic appearance of the element.

WELDING

We have over twenty years of experience in welding non-standard structures and elements. We weld steel, non-ferrous metals and damaged metal elements.

HOLE PUNCHING AND STAMPING

The sheet metal punching service is performed with the Amada Aries 245 machine, and the holes are punched with the Geka 40 machine.

LASER CUT

We provide laser cutting of black steel from 0.5 to 6 mm and stainless steel with a thickness of 0.5-3 mm in accordance with the technical drawing attached to the order.

PLASMA CUTTING

We provide the CNC plasma cutting service using the Nessap 1600 plasma, thanks to which it is possible to cut sheets up to 20 mm thick.

SHEET METAL CUTTING AND BENDING

The service of guillotine sheet metal cutting and sheet metal bending performed with the use of bending machines and press brakes. We bend the elements on hydraulic presses.

MACHINING

We provide a wide range of machining services. In our plant, machining activities such as turning, milling, drilling, threading and punching are performed.

PIPE BENDING

Professional bending of pipes is performed using a numerically controlled bender. Preferred pipe diameters are 42 and 60 mm.

PREFABRICATION OF SWITCHBOARDS

We have been operating in the electrotechnical industry for years, we also deal with the prefabrication of electrical switchboards in accordance with the provided documentation and accessories, as well as connecting electrical systems and elements of industrial automation.
