Sheet metal processing, which is cutting and bending it to obtain the desired shapes, is used everywhere, be it in many industries or they are elements needed in households. The press brake allows you to bend sheets up to 3000 mm long with a maximum pressure of 135 tons. We offer bending of steel, galvanized, aluminum and stainless steel sheets. The sheet thickness ranges from 0.5 mm to 8 mm. We have an extensive tool warehouse. The machine is equipped with a quick tool change system (machine retooling) thanks to the hydraulic tool clamping type WILA. This allows for a quick change of tooling, which is associated with greater efficiency and the possibility of bending short series.

The press brake is also equipped with the laser bending angle measurement system (DAM) which allows for precise bending. The bending angle is measured in real time (during bending). The machine is equipped with 8 numerically controlled axes. As one of the few companies in the region, we are able to bend elements whose bending line is not parallel to the edge of the sheet – thanks to the separately controllable X1 and X2 axes. We use tools of the renowned EUROSTAMP company. A modern machine in combination with high-class bending tools allows us to perform more precise bends. Our experienced operators ensure repeatability of the details.

An additional supplement to the machine’s capabilities is 3D CAD / CAM software, thanks to which our technologist is able to simulate the bending of details after delivering 3D models. This allows for an accurate calculation of the development of bent details and checking whether there will be a collision in the bending.

A very effective method is the use of press brakes, benders and hydraulic presses for this purpose, because thanks to them a permanent curvature of the workpiece is obtained. Machines from our machinery park can cut sheets of materials such as aluminum, black steel and stainless steel up to 6 mm thick and sheets with maximum dimensions of 1500 × 3000 mm. We bend metal sheets with a press brake and a hydraulic press.
