Engineer in the department of electrical switchboards

Job description:

– designing views of electrical enclosures and switchboards on the basis of technical documentation
– creating valuations and bill of materials

– ordering apparatus and other elements necessary for the production of devices
– agreeing with customers and design offices the technical details of the switchboards manufactured (external dimensions, arrangement of apparatus, etc.)
– cooperation with the production department and switchboard prefabrication department – establishing technical details and technological process

Requirements:

– higher technical education (preferred fields of study: electrical engineering, power engineering, mechanics and machine construction)
– knowledge of the construction and principles of operation of electrical and mechanical devices
– knowledge of AutoCad (SolidWorks) graphics programs
– fluent knowledge of technical drawing
– electrical qualifications (operation)
– experience in a similar position (e.g. experience in the prefabrication of low voltage switchboards)
– basic knowledge of English or German
– ability to work in a team, commitment to the work performed, responsibility for the tasks entrusted to them

CNC machine programmer operator – 1 person

Job description:

As a person employed as an operator, a CNC machine programmer, you will be responsible for:

Development of technology for making details on CNC machines:
– Amada laser cutter (Fanuc control),
– Amada turret punching machine (Fanuc control),
– plasma cutter
– preparation of CNC programs (Metalix, MyPlasmCNC)
– preparation, commissioning and operation of the aforesaid machines

Requirements:

– experience in working on CNC machines (laser, punching machine) a necessary condition
– knowledge of the CAD / CAM environment (Autocad)
– education min. vocational or secondary technical,
– very good knowledge of technical drawing,
– the ability to use measuring instruments.

Job description:

– preparation of details for painting: unloading, segregation, transport
– cleaning, chemical treatment (operation of a high-pressure washer)
– operation of powder coating line devices
– coating quality control and packaging of finished products
Requirements:

– knowledge of the operation of powder coating equipment
– experience in a similar position
– the ability to assess the correctness of the surface preparation for painting
